CHARLES-CHANGE-THE-WORLD-04.jpg

Charles B. Craig

Charles 5.0 started his adulthood as an Auburn University Tiger.  He has had an entrepreneurial motivation all his life.  Before graduation, and 25 years ahead of GrubHub, he orchestrated his own multi-restaurant delivery service---well before his time.  He was both blessed and cursed with great insight or ‘vision’. Being so far ahead of his peers and colleagues, he was always challenged with his visions because the lamen doesn’t embrace change and thus, it takes years to be vindicated or validated for one’s beliefs.  So, when he would speak of his new endeavors, he would be met with opposition and/or disbelief and that only toughened his ability to persevere thought his critics and naysayers.

He was an MIS graduate whom delved into the ERP software world in the heyday of the industry’s ‘coming-of-age’ period during the mid ‘90’s to early 2000’s.  After working for most of the big ERP companies like SAP, PeopleSoft, & Computer Associates, he wanted to represent a more tangible craft so he could point to his achievements to his sons; rather than to attempt to explain his virtual solutions that couldn’t be seen or heard and that jaded him from the corporate world.

After 9/11, Charles left the country a month later and went to live and work in Costa Rica, where he re-set his entire value system.  Charles then went into the solar industry where he was able to shine for many years—helping to save companies’ money as well as to point to the physical solutions that I could not do with the ‘virtual’ sale of a software solution.

Charles became a leader in the solar industry at this point after the energy crisis that happened in 2001 via renewable solutions.  From many years in the solar industry, Charles found his passion---with water as well as helping people in need.

This brings us to today where Charles has committed to helping the fabric of our country by torturing his body doing 40 miles/day from CA to Philly which covers exactly 3,000 miles and will commit to completing the Trek in 3 months or less---WITH ZERO TRAINING.

He calls it Charles4Change and wants to help people in need and to help ‘free’ America.
